Facilities in the villa: a luxurious kitchen with versatile utensils, living room, utility room, sauna, bathroom, toilet, two bedrooms with separable double beds and their own entrance, living room with a twin-size sofa bed. An extra bed available upon request.
The living room has a big dining table (max 10 persons), a corner sofa and a fireplace. Through big windows you can have view to the lake and to the own beach of the villa. A wide screen television, video projector and a screen, TV and good sound reproduction equipment ensure the relaxation, when the weather is not fine. The price includes the use of Wi-Fi.
In front of the villa there is a furnished wide space with both stone and gas barbeque and a sunshade. The rowing boat on the shore next to villa is available for the guests in the chalet, and the life jackets are also included in the price of the chalet.
There is also a parking spot for your car on the yard. For the colder winter days, there is a power socket on the outside wall of the cabin that allows you to heat the car before driving. In the winter, you can use the kick-sled free of charge.
There’s an old forest road starting near the villa, where you can take a stroll with your dog for example, or just enjoy our nature. Indeed, there is a path that leads to a lean-to in the woods.
The beach villa can also be rented for family feasts or for educational gatherings. Then the space will be modified suitable for the occasion. Call for offers.
A lakeside sauna, barbecue hut and marquee are also available on request.
Cleaning up after your stay: €100, or you can clean up the cabin yourself. Sheets and towels: €15 per person, or you can bring your own.
